I feel active and full of life, even after a serious bout with third stage ovarian cancer. I learned Three Heart Balancing™ to support my health and growth.

I enjoy reaching out to other people. I want to give others the opportunity I have had to cultivate a healthy lifestyle as an alternative to illness and pain. God leads us through our pain to oneness with a love I am just discovering in a new way.

I have taken Levels I, II and III as developed by Jaentra Green Gardener, Eye Transmitted Healing taught by Lorry Alexander, and I practice Tai Chi Chih and meditation.

Teaching was my profession. Also, I have three daughters and eight grandchildren. I encourage you to live the life you have been given in the healthiest possible way.
